This is spiritual and somatic practice that combines breathwork, rhythmic drumming with vocal exercises to access altered states of consciousness, deepen self-awareness, and release emotional or energetic blockages.

Practices that help to connect with the body and mind on every level, promote a stable and calm voice, exercises for learning the natural rhythm within the body and stress release. - Shamanic drum and shakers:
Learning how the rhythm mimics brainwave frequencies associated with meditative and visionary states, helping practitioners enter deeper awareness or journeying experiences. Techniques of drumming with sticks and hands. Work with metronome. - Voice Opening:
Vocal practices involve toning, chanting, breath work, and spontaneous sound expression. These techniques aim to unlock the natural voice, free emotional expression, and connect the voice with inner guidance or spiritual energies.
